This section will provide you with all the information you will need if you are interested in exhibiting. We have an option to suit every budget at Seawork so please follow the links below to find out about the different types of stands available and their prices.

Booking Process
If you are interested in booking a stand at Seawork International, start by calling one of the sales team on +44 (0)1329 825335 and they can give you an accurate quote to exhibit. We have many discounted rates for members of some Associations so it may be cheaper than you think to have a stand at the largest Commercial Marine Exhibition in Europe.
Once you have agreed to the booking and signed the application form you will need to pay a deposit. The balance is then split into 3 payments throughout the next year to make it easier for you to pay. An on-line exhibitor manual link will be emailed to you in January 2012 where you can access all exhibitors information and any order forms to get organised and make the most of your appearance at Seawork. Your account manager will be available any time to help you with queries and work out which ways to maximise your presence.
Wireless Broadband
Wireless broadband is installed prior to the event so visitors and exhibitors may connect to the Internet. Because the Canary Islands Fruit Terminal is not normally WiFi enabled, the cost is significant; therefore a contributory charge is added to all bookings:
Small business stands (single & double) and Renewable Energy Pods - £12.00 + VAT
All other stands (shell scheme, open site and quayside) - £24.00 + VAT
WiFi is not available on the pontoons therefore no charge applies to vessel bookings.
Exhibitor Car Park Passes
Passes cost £35.00 + VAT per 4-day pass (including set-up). We have a limited number of parking spaces available but there is a visitor car park approx 5 minute walk from the venue which is available for free should we run out. We also run shuttle buses to and from the visitor car park and the venue.
