ICES supports Seawork
The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES) has recognised the importance of Seawork by coming on board as an official supporter.
ICES began in 1969 as the Association of Surveyors in Civil Engineering and was incorporated in 1972. Since its conception, ICES has gone from strength to strength with an ever-increasing membership and is now a registered educational charity promoting the profession throughout the world. It received a royal charter in 2009.
ICES is recognised as the leading chartered professional institution for specialists employed in geospatial engineering and commercial management in the civil engineering industry. It is dedicated to the regulation, education and training of surveyors working within civil engineering. Its members have developed special skills ranging from an understanding of, and expertise in, the complexities of dimensional control to the specialist contractual knowledge necessary for the successful commercial management of civil engineering projects.
ICES’ supporter relationship with Seawork will enable its members to benefit from exhibiting and meeting room incentives and information on visiting opportunities.
