Pioneering and innovative products and vessels unveiled at Seawork
Seawork is renowned as Europe’s leading platform for launching and showcasing new equipment and vessels. 2017 is no exception, and will see over 50 new equipment and vessels announcements across the three days of the exhibition.
Cheetah Marine is unveiling its 9.95m new training and research catamaran, which has been designed for training and research programmes at Aberstwth University in Wales. Cheetah is also displaying its 8.5m which is destined for operations in Bangladesh.
MJR Power & Automation and ABB Limited (PG125) are showcasing their HES880 drive system being an award-winning solution for compact hybrid propulsion. MJR and ABB are also unveiling the new ABB Ability, providing insights into group-wide network connectivity and digital technologies which allows fleet a lower fuel and maintenance cost and improved productivity.
A giant 60m x 28m Skylift jack up platform has been brought to Seawork by The Netherlands based Ravestein (PG1) and which is providing daily demonstrations of its submersive abilities'. Fieke representative, comments 'We have been exhibitors at Seawork for 15 years, and over this time it has become the best exhibition for Ravestein, despite us also attending 10 exhibitions annually. Seawork is easily accessible and we are always feel very welcome. Plus, as we have a lot of UK clients, this enables us to invite them across all three days of the exhibition.”
