Nominations open for The European Commercial Marine Awards
Nominations for the new European Commercial Marine Awards, which incorporates previous prestigious awards including the Seawork Innovations Awards and Maritime Professional of the Year are now open.
Held at the spectacular Golden Arrow Restaurant which overlooks the Seawork Marina in Mayflower Park, the European Commercial Marine Awards (ECMA) will debut at the 20th anniversary exhibition in 2017.
As a celebration of the best work, design innovation and achievements in the Maritime industry over the past year, the ECMA's are this years most coveted industry award.
This year Seawork will welcome ‘sister’ magazine Maritime Journal as co-host as well as two evening sponsors, Servogear AS and Brunvoll.
The Awards will be presented to winners in 10 categories this year, these categories include; Lifetime Achievement, Maritime Personality of the Year, Spirit of Innovation and Maritime Sustainability.
Winners of these awards are selected by our international panel of judges and have the honor of being one of the few professionals chosen by Seawork International as outstanding in their field.
The international scale of these awards means the winners achievement is recognisable as a mark of exceptional achievement across the continent, not just in the UK.
