Workboatsales return to Seawork
Martin Antrobus returns again to Seawork in 2019. Martin started www.workboatsales.com in March 2010 after many years constructing and selling commercial workboats.
Aimed at vessel owners, builders, brokers, operators, media and manufacturers in the commercial marine sector the website serves as a central marketplace to buy, sell, or charter workboats, crew and equipment worldwide. Available craft are displayed by sector and vessel capability and sales and charters are arranged on a no sale, no fee basis.
Exhibiting at the 2018 Seawork gave rise to a fascinating chain of events involving a unique ice-strengthened survey launch.
Martin recalls, “Seawork is always busy and a great opportunity to meet hundreds of new and familiar faces and 2018 was no exception on the workboatsales stand, where an introduction led to an agreement for us to list the James Caird for sale. She is a truly historic and unique vessel and after 32 years in service you might think her working days had come to an end.”
