Hukkelberg takes on Springer
Well-known for its high-speed workboats, Hukkelberg Boats has extended its capabilities by adding the Springer range from Nils S. Hansen to the company’s portfolio.
Seawork exhibitor Hukkelberg will continue to develop the successful Springer range, including FRBs (Fast Rescue Boats), and has taken the decision to offer a complete service for the new additions by providing both a full after-market service and the manufacturing of spare parts alongside its production of the vessels.
Hukkelberg has over 20 years’ experience in the design and build of high speed workboat, using a strong aluminum hull, light GRP superstructure and high specification components throughout. Characterized by exceptional manoeuvrability, renowned build quality and with the advantage of low freeboard, Hukkelberg designs make ideal Daughter Craft (DC), Search And Rescue (SAR), Light Diving Craft (LDC) and other similar workboat applications.
Going forward, all Springer vessels will be available from Hukkelberg’s Norwegian west coast yard, superseding previous dealer agreements, and Springer aftermarket and service will be handled by the company’s long-established Service and After Sales Department.
