Seawork is a very efficient B2B platform for launching new and innovative vessels and floating plant, products and services. It enables business to connect with their target audience while capitalising on business opportunities and deals.

Regular exhibitor Hyphose, which first exhibited in 2005, showcased its new specification of hose assemblies as well as the Parker Racor fuel filtration range. Using the Gates Hose and Coupling Package, Hyphose was the first company in the UK to meet the stringent new requirements of the New Defence Standard, the DefStan 74/32.

A new range of small workboat engines designed by Barrus made its debut at Seawork, based on the popular and proven Yanmar YM engine block and suited small craft and patrol launches, these new PIRS 2-Stroke engines have a patented cylinder head valve that eliminated the need to remove the spark plugs, thus speeding up the PIRS process.

Long standing exhibitor Hydrosphere and fellow exhibitor FullOceans announced the formal signed distributor agreement at Seawork for the full range of FullOceans navigation buoys.

Golden Arrow Marine announced becoming exclusive UK distributor for STT Emtec. Together, they are now introducing an effective solution to greatly reduce NOx emissions from high speed marine diesel engines in the UK and Irish marine market. “We signed an agreement with Golden Arrow Marine at the end of last year and came to Seawork with a demo set up” says Glenn Berglund, Marketing and Sales Manager at STT Emtec.

First time exhibitor, Canadian based Ocean Rodeo showcased its innovative new technology commercial marine drysuits, featuring a stand-by mode to switch between full drysuit and foul weather gear models. Adhesion Technologies ltd (ATL) launched its new, superior performance lightweight Spida fixings and fastening system, specifically developed to offer OEMs and Tier 1 companies a fast, cost effective system for the modular assembly of composite, metal and plastic parts.

UK Based Kort Propulsion now in its 81st year officially signed two new contracts at Seawork 2016 with Turkey’s Tor Marine for two 27m Pilot Boats destined for Saudi Sea Port Authority and Aramco contracts, which will be designed by fellow exhibitor Macduff Ship Design. A contract was sealed at Seawork between fellow exhibitors AST and Iceni Marine to supply the fleet with iRAMS Monitoring and Planned Maintenance System Solutions. HAMILTON JET EMEA launched its new JETanchor and presented it 500th Jet to a maritime partner.
