Download the new Seawork App today
Designed to be the essential companion for anyone planning to exhibit at or visit Seawork, the App provides users with an interactive show map, quick access to the conference programme and much more.
As Seawork celebrates its 20th anniversary year, the exhibition continues to be the leading event for the commercial marine and workboat sector. This year, as well as the launch of the new European Commercial Marine Awards (ECM), there are numerous new and exciting developments, including the launch of the new Seawork App.
Why download the Seawork App?
As well as the interactive show map for fast navigation and quick access to the Seawork Conference programme, the App enables you to ‘favourite’ what you want to see and provides an exhibitor/visitor messaging service; meaning that doing business is no longer restricted to keeping to the hours and location of the event.
New for this year is also the app’s ‘Submit a Story’ feature, allowing exhibitors to contact the Seawork Press Office, to provide easier submission for their news into the Daily ShowNews and the Seawork newsletters. Not only does this provide exhibitors faster access to press services than ever before, but it also provides a place for visitors to let us know about their Seawork experiences.
The Seawork App not only ensures you never miss a Seawork moment again with the personal planner, interactive map and messaging service, but it also provides a range of other features to help make this the best Seawork yet!
These features include; a Show News feed, Exhibitor List, Submit a Story, plus Helpful Info for staying and eating at Seawork, Conference Speaker Info, instant Social Media Access, plus a handy guide to this year’s Sponsors. Everything you could possibly need to make the most of your Seawork visit can be found directly on your phone or tablet device.
Seawork App users also are entitled to exclusive discounts offered by Southampton’s Oxford Street Traders and Delicious Dining to promote the app’s exciting debut – click here to find out more.
The sponsors of the App this year will be, BW Seacat (Bennett-Worrallo Seacat Ltd), manufacturers of commercial power catamarans based on a full displacement hull design, the heritage of which can be traced back over 40 years. These hulls can achieve speeds of 30Kn or more with either inboard or outboard power. Having a very fine entry, coupled with full aft sections, the motion on board is steady and predictable, whilst the high bridge deck remains clear of the water even in steep head seas, increasing comfort and inspiring confidence.
Seawork’s free WiFi will be sponsored by Skytech, which is launching the sectors smallest VSAT terminal to date. Use Skytech as the password upon WiFi log in.
