Inward delegations drive international business
Seawork International is renowned as the definitive place to meet and do business, each year every year. Over 7,500 attendees arrive at the exhibition, keen to maximise any opportunities and to extend their business reach.
Once again, Seawork International held its popular ‘Meet the Buyer’ sessions on the Ocean Scene vessel that was berthed in the Seawork Marina.
The ‘Meet the Buyer’ service, organised by Seawork’s operator, Mercator Media, enables exhibitors to be matched with suitable organisations who require products or services.
Invited by Mercator Media, international inward delegations from Italy, Brazil, China and New Zealand, met with exhibitors to discuss procurement plans for their specific countries.
On the final day of Seawork in a specialist session, representatives from the as well as the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) explored opportunities to create longstanding commercial partnerships and trade exports, worth many millions.
