CA Clase secured sales of the KVH mini VSAT systems to windfarm support vessels at Seawork

Exhibiting at this year’s Seawork exhibition secured orders for the KVH V3 mini VSAT systems to windfarm support vessels. This is an important market to break into, as vessel owners reap the benefit of having a high-speed internet connection on board, with the additional bonus of more economical data and phone costs than Fleet Broadband or Iridium.
The Seawork event also brought a positive response to the launch of the new SAAB R5 Solid Class A AIS; a new design for SAAB that brings the cost of the production down to an affordable level, compared to the other manufacturers’ products currently on the market.
