The visitor badges are sent out inside colourful pocket mailers which also contain directions to the event, opening times, the hotel reservation hotline number and details about all the exciting things that are happening at Seawork! Visitor badges are the first point of eye contact for exhibitors and visitors and your logo will appear in full colour, alongside the Seawork logo.
Carrier Bags

There are 6000+ carrier bags, each containing a copy of the official Seawork Exhibition Catalogue and the June issue of Maritime Journal. Every single visitor receives a bag at registration and uses it to collect literature and promotional items as he walks around the event. Photographs are taken during the show by our official photographer and we use these in our brochures, newsletters and on the Seawork website to promote Seawork 2009 – your carrier bags will feature in all of them! Pontoons & Quayside Exhibits

An excellent, high-profile sponsorship opportunity. The official sponsor can provide prominent banners displaying their company logo and slogan to run along the walkway onto the pontoons. Your logo will also appear on huge ‘pontoon and quayside’ plans positioned at strategic points around the event, on ‘berth number plaques’ which go onto the pontoons, on the sponsors’ page on the Seawork website and all other pre-show promotional literature.
Restaurant Area

Everybody visits the restaurant for sandwiches, snacks or hot food at some point during their visit to Seawork. As official sponsor, you can supply branded coasters, tablecloths, and table penants, in fact, anything to add value to the sponsorship. Your logo also appears on all promotional literature and on the Seawork website. Photos of the restaurant appear in the brochure for 2009, within our quarterly newsletters and in magazine reviews. Your company logo appears at the top of the Newsletter which is given out every day to exhibitors and visitors. It is written by Brian and Aline Pilcher (BPPR Ltd) who are on site in the Press Office every day collating press releases and news items from exhibitors. The newsletter contains information about new product launches and business that has been done at the show. The newsletter which goes out on Wednesday 11 June announces the winner of the Spirit of Innovation Award, which is presented the evening before at the Seawork Gala Dinner.
Innovations Showcase and Award

75% of all visitors come to Seawork specifically to see new products. The Innovations Showcase comprises approximately 50 of these. It is a fantastic feature which aims at highlighting all the new products and innovations which have come onto the market within the previous 12 months. There are 6 categories – vessel design and construction, marine electronics, safety and survival, marine equipment and materials, marine civil engineering and diving and underwater services. There is a winner in each category with the Spirit of Innovation Award being presented to the best overall. As Official Sponsor, your logo appears all over the showcase, which spans more than 18mē, on information boards beside the showcase, within the Seawork catalogue, on the Seawork website and on all pre and post show promotional literature. The Sponsor presents the Innovations Award at the Gala Dinner, which takes place on Tuesday 10 June. This excellent venue comfortably seats 600 and provides the perfect opportunity for exhibitors and their guests to socialise and network in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, whilst enjoying presentation of the Innovations Awards and taking in some light-hearted entertainment. UK Harbour Masters Association Annual General Meeting and Luncheon

The UK Harbour Masters Association hold their AGM at Seawork every year. Approximately 90 Harbour Masters come to Seawork to attend the meeting, go to some of the seminars, look around the exhibition and talk to exhibitors about their products and services. The Harbour Masters are an important visitor group for many Seawork exhibitors who are keen to explore ways of getting their products and services in front of them. As sole sponsor you can provide an information pack to go onto the chair of each Harbour Master at the AGM and attend the luncheon where you can talk to them on a one on one basis. Your logo will also appear in the Seawork catalogue, on the Seawork website and on all other promotional material.
Port Engineers Luncheon

For the second year running, Seawork will be hosting a luncheon for the port and city council engineers. At least 30 of these influential decision-makers, those who know what projects and contracts are going on within the ports, harbours and coastal regions they represent, will be coming to Seawork as our guests. They will have ample opportunity to look around the show, before and after lunch. As sponsor, you may join the engineers for their luncheon where you will have their exclusive attention. You can also provide information about your product and services for them to take away. As with all the sponsorships, your logo will go onto the Seawork website, with a link to your website, on the newsletters and all pre-show promotional literature.
Visitor Registration

This sponsorship gives you maximum exposure, raises your profile at the event and reinforces your company name, colours and logo. You may also provide ties, scarves or shirts for the registration staff to wear. There are railings outside the main entrance which you can attach banners to if you wish.

There are three shuttle buses which transport visitors to and from the central station and the venue and to and from the visitor car parks and the venue. Your logo will go on signs in the front, back and side windows of the buses and on the ‘Shuttle Bus’ signs attached to fences outside the exhibition and visitor car parks. As with all sponsorships, your logo will also go onto the Seawork website and newsletters.

The Ministry of Defence always attend Seawork. They hold a series of conferences, seminars and workshops and are available on the Defence Manufacturers Association stand to answer questions and liaise with exhibitors who want to know how to promote their product or service to the MoD. In 2008 the MoD will have an even larger presence. They will be at Seawork for the duration of the show and one lucky exhibitor will be able to sponsor and attend the luncheon, attend the seminar and provide literature to go onto the delegates’ chairs. The sponsor’s logo also appears in the Seawork catalogue, on the Seawork website and on all other promotional material.

Bar Area
The bar area represents a fantastic sponsorship opportunity. Come lunchtime it is filled with visitors and provides a lively environment for networking and socialising. The sponsor’s logo appears on two ‘A’ boards at the entrance to the bar and on all pre-show promotional literature, as well as on the Seawork website. The sponsor may provide a promotional banner to hang over the bar and coasters, napkins or any other promotional material to go on the tables. The sponsor’s logo also appears on the website and within the Official Exhibition Catalogue.
DiveWork
DiveWork comprises approximately 25 companies who work within the fields of commercial diving and underwater technology. The pavilion includes a Dive Tank for underwater demonstrations and displays, the DiveWork Trail and dedicated workshops and seminars. A plasma screen within the ADC hospitality area shows footage of everything that is going on inside the Dive Tank and the ADC/DiveWork Cup is presented to the winner of the commercial diver time trials.
As official sponsor of DiveWork, your logo appears in the catalogue, on the DiveWork site plans and demo boards and on the Seawork website.
RIBWork
RIBWork comprises approximately 50 companies who manufacture Ribs or supply products or materials to the commercial RIB market. Each relevant stand or berth displays the RIBWork logo and there is a RIB Trail enabling visitors to ‘fast track’ their way to stands of interest. As Official RIBWork sponsor, your logo appears on the RibTrail page in the catalogue, on all of the newsletters and other pre-show promotional material and on the Seawork website. RibWork also includes a number of seminars covering RIBs and commercial craft under 30m.
Small Business Enterprise Zone
Do you want your company to be associated with helping small businesses on the road to commercial success? The Small Business Enterprise Zone is an area of the exhibition dedicated to new and evolving business. It comprises approximately 75 stands and the companies who exhibit within it are from all sectors of the commercial maritime industry. Your logo and company name will appear on information boards at both ends of the Pavilion, within the official Seawork catalogue, on the Seawork website and on all other pre and post show promotional literature, including the newsletters.
Other Association Events
Numerous trade organisations and Associations hold events, seminars and meetings during Seawork 2008. If you sponsor one of these events, you can attend the luncheon and supply literature to go onto the delegates’ chairs within the appropriate conference session.
