Established in 1864 by the Tyrrell family, the Company continue this proud tradition of shipbuilding today having successfully diversified into aluminium fabrication. The hallmark of this company continues to be delivery of 'Quality of Time - Every Time' and in meeting the stringent requirements of Owners, Operators and Supervising Authorities. Established as the leading commercial boatyard in Ireland the Company continues to push forward and is currently building a second 20 metre aluminium catamaran offshore services vessel under sub-contract from Gardline of Great Yarmouth. The wealth of information gained down through the five generations of family coupled with the excellent facilities make it ideal to meet the demands of the various operators. The yard also have a great engineering capability inhouse and the various skills can be used in major land based projects.
