Marine Civils Pavilion

Marine Civils Pavilion

A Marine Civil Engineering Pavilion was launched at Seawork International 2008 and is set to be one of the main focuses at Seawork 2010. We now have the support of ICE Maritime Division and will be using their resources to run a day of seminars in the conference suites in 2010. ICE will be running a Marine Civil Engineering conference called "Working in the Wet" in April and we hope to have some follow up papers from this at Seawork.

Over the last 10 years, Seawork International has continually supported many sectors of the commercial marine industry, all the while watching the changing needs of the market and reacting appropriately. It is now becoming increasingly apparent that Marine Civil Engineering is one sector that has been missing from Seawork International. Marine Civil Engineering is a diverse sector, offering services and products to other civil engineering firms as well as a broad spectrum of clients from other related marine industries.

Prospective clients will be found amongst other Seawork exhibitors, as many contractors and related industries already exhibit, as well as the visitors to the show. It is clear from feedback from Seawork International 2009 that both exhibitors and visitors would appreciate and utilise a Marine Civil Engineering Pavilion so 2010 promises to be it's best year yet.
