A South Boats win from Seawork

South Boats won contracts for four more boats at Seawork this year. Operations director Ben Coleman said that the agreements were worth 'in the region of £22m' - a tidy amount.

In total they brought three boats to the show, one working yacht and two of the windfarm vessels that they specialise in, both of which were signed over at this year's show.

Predictions for the South Boats order book are looking ever better, especially since its main area of operations is the building of wind farm support vessels, a market which is booming and not expected to peak until after 2015.
