Protector scoops award at Seawork

At the end of the opening day of Seawork 2008, Hamilton Jet (UK) were presented with an award from client Tzvika Hendler Ltd for their contribution to the Protector, a remote controlled waterjet propelled combat system. The award was presented to Tony Jones and Peter Morgan of Hamilton Jet by Mr Tzvika Hendler.

The Protector is an integrated naval combat system based on unmanned, autonomous, remote controlled surface vehicles. It is highly manoeuvrable and can conduct a wide spectrum of critical missions without exposing personnel and capital assets to unnecessary risk.

The Protector’s anti-terror mission module payload includes sensors and weapon systems. The search radar and the Toplite electro-optical (EO) pod enable detection, identification and targeting operations.
