Scania Keep it Secret

There is a rumour that Scania is up to something special at seawork this year. They will have their exhibition trailer on the quayside as usual, but what will they be showing?
Scania will exhibit a16-litre V8 marine engine, but will there be other surprises in store?
Mr. Ian Cooper at Scania Great Britian is secretive – ‘‘We will display Scania’s marine engines,’’ he says, ‘‘but there will be a few changes compared to last year. We are, as a matter of fact, planning to have a press conference in connection with seawork.’’
But no matter how many questions we ask, Mr. Cooper refuses to say anything more. With a confident smile he just says: ‘‘See you at seawork! It will be an interesting show this year!’’
