Cleemann Displays the latest ‘Seatnology’ at Seawork

German based seating specialist Cleemann Chair-Systems GmbH will prove its ‘Seatnology’ once again by bringing the latest developments in high speed and shock tested chairs to Southampton. Delivered to the German Bundesmarine and installed on five newbuild Corvettes, their chair model ‘Nautic Star’ successfully absorbed a force of 120g during an official navy department test. This means any crew member sitting in the chair is protected from the effects of water bomb blasts underneath the ship.
