News about Seawork 2008

The Fluid Power Pavilion

Seawork, with the help of Ian Morris, Director of the British Fluid Power Association, will once again be demonstrating its commitment to the Engineering industry in 2008, with the BFPAsponsored Fluid Power Pavilion.

Hydraulic and Pneumatic applications appear in every corner of the Marine Industry - winches, hatches, davits, steering gear, engine controls, dockside cranes, lock gates, bridges, bulk material handling, blowers and dockside vehicles to name but a few.

Now in it's fourth year, with more than a dozen companies supporting it, the Fluid Power Pavilion has become an integral part of Seawork, enabling exhibitors to meet a wide spectrum of potential customers from both the UK and overseas markets.

Dan Griffin, Rotec Hydraulics, comments; 'We've had a broad spectrum of enquiries from one-man bands to much larger customers. Rotec has been exhibiting at Seawork for 10 years and the Fluid Power Pavilion has given us a great opportunity to catch up with other businesses – both competitive and suppliers.”
