Marine Energy - A Drop in the Ocean?

Neil Kermode was appointed in 2005 as Managing Director of the £15m European Marine Energy Centre in Stromness, Orkney. He worked as a project developer of a tidal scheme in Orkney following 6 years at the Environment Agency dealing with regulation and development issues, particularly relating to public participation in decisions on flooding, waste and water resources. He is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist, having contributed to Proceedings and been a member of 2 Institutions of Civil Engineers Panels / Boards.
