Cooney Marine design and manufacture stainless steel product from their factory in Kettering, Northants. They have been synonymous with the finest in marine fittings due to a highly specialist workforce skills, investment in state of the art manufacturing but above all commitment to products and customers. New to Seawork, Cooney Marine will be exhibiting a number of products, including a small commercial crane. This unit was made to design parameters laid down by the RNLI, on Cooney's in-house 3D CAD software, enabling the design concept to be fully appraised before manufacture, resulting in the design being fitted to their fleet of Seven Class Lifeboats. Over 25 of these Cooney Marine Cranes are now in service with the RNLI. Cooney Marine manufacturing covers a vast spectrum of fabricated marine applications from machined deck fittings, tube manipulation, laser cutting (both tube and plate), through to custom welded products including deck cranes and even a two storey pavilion in London.
